[MPEG-OTSPEC] Draft AHG report to WG3

[MURATA]

My objection is purely procedural.  The proposal was
sent on December 24, and it is January 14.  There have
been no technical discussions or teleconferences in this
"AHG".  Thus, I am against the declaration of consensus
in this "AHG".
