[MPEG-OTSPEC] Preparing for the upcoming WG3 meeting in October

Dear AHG members,

 

This is just another reminder that the deadline for registration of the input contributions for the upcoming SC29/WG3 (MPEG Systems) meeting is on Oct. 17th 23:59 CET. Once registered, the input contributions can be uploaded until 23:59 CET on Wednesday, Oct. 19th.

 

When registering new input contributions, please append “[10.2]” string to the title of the document – this is the meeting agenda item number assigned to the OFF 5th edition work, and it will be used to make allocations of the inputs to corresponding meeting activities.

The next SC29/WG3 (MPEG Systems) meeting will be held on Oct. 24-28 as part of the MPEG hybrid meeting, with face-to-face meeting conducted in Mainz, Germany. The deadline for registration and submission of the input contributions for this meeting is Oct. 17.

 

I expect that there will be documents submitted for consideration of the group, and would like to plan ahead for both the submission / review and the break-out group session scheduling to accommodate both remote and on-site participants. 

 

I would like to encourage you to consider making early input contributions [so that their review can be conducted ahead of the WG meeting proper], and to respond to this email indicating your plans for input submissions and your preferences for break-out group session scheduling.
