[MPEG-OTSPEC] Draft AHG report and status updates

Dear all,

 

The next SC29/WG3 (MPEG Systems) meeting will be held in Mainz, Germany and
will be conducted as hybrid meeting, with the face-to-face participation at
the meeting venue and online participation via Zoom. Most of the meeting
sessions will be scheduled throughout the day in local time zone (CET).

 

As far as Font Activity is concerned, there are four input contributions
submitted to this meeting via MPEG document management system, which will be
discussed during the Break-out Group session. We have a flexibility to
schedule this BoG discussions on either Monday, Oct. 24th or Tuesday, Oct.
25th between the hours of 16:00- 19:00 CET. I would like to propose that
this BOG session should be scheduled starting at 17:00 CET to accommodate
various time zones. Please indicate your preferences for timing of the BoG
session (in case my suggested time of 17:00 CET doesn't work for you) and
your day preference and availability on Oct. 24-25 next week.

 

Please review the attached Draft AHG report that summarizes group activities
and list of input contributions. I plan to upload this document on Friday,
Oct. 21 by the end of day CET time. Your comments (if any) are appreciated.
