[MPEG-OTSPEC] Finalizing the agenda for AHG Zoom meeting on Jan. 9, 2024

I have two documents/topics for the next meeting.

The first is the deferred New Feature Variations proposal, which will 
have URL 
https://github.com/adobe-type-tools/opentype-spec-drafts/blob/main/WG03_new_feat_var.pdf 
. I will be updating this shortly to be closer to a formal ISO proposal 
document but for now it is a copy of the previous document.

The second is a very small proposal to allow opting out of accurate 
table checksums. The URL for that document is
