[MPEG-OTSPEC] Finalizing the agenda for AHG Zoom meeting on Jan. 9, 2024

Hi Vlad,

I have a VARC proposal, which needs to be integrated into the spec still. I
hope people get the chance to give me some feedback before the meeting, but
if they don't, I suggest we allocate a limited amount of time (20min?) to
that topic.
