[MPEG-OTSPEC] Draft AHG report for your review

Dear AHG members,

Thank you once again for your active participation in the discussions of
the Technologies under consideration" document and for reviewing the
updated Working Draft text. Special thanks to many of you who joined our
Zoom group call on July 6.

Please see attached for your review the draft text of AHG report that I
intend to submit tomorrow by end of day. Your comments, if any, are much
appreciated. Once submitted (including your review comments), the report
will be used as a basis for my AHG presentation at the F2F Working Group
meeting next week.
