The scheduled Zoom meeting (on July 6) is more than a week away, and there is still time to invite more participants to join – do not hesitate to send me your RSVP if you would like to join.

Dear all,

 

We are running out of time to have substantive discussions of “Technologies under consideration” document and various parts of the proposals it details. In an attempt to stimulate the discussion to be continued both via email list and online via videoconference, I have scheduled a Zoom meeting, which will be held on July 6, 2023 at 14:00 UTC (to accommodate various time zones in US, EU, and Japan).

The meeting is password-protected; however, since this email is sent to a list with public archive - I cannot distribute password information via list email. Please respond to this message to RSVP and I will send you a direct email with the full Zoom call info.

 

With more than two weeks notice, I hope many of you will be able to attend this AHG call, where the primary agenda topics will be:

1. To discuss various parts of the proposals summarized in the “Technologies under consideration” (https://www.mpeg.org/wp-content/uploads/mpeg_meetings/142_Antalya/w22631.zip) document and develop short / long term plans on how to proceed with the corresponding OFF changes.

2. To discuss and finalize the AHG recommendations for the upcoming WG3 (MPEG Systems) meeting held on July 17-21.
