[MPEG-OTSPEC] hdmx, vdmx, LTSH - deprecate or update? JSTF too?

Hello!

Right now, the Google Fonts propsal updates LTSH to support 24-bit
glyphIDs (and, if necessary, 32-bit offsets of course).

hdmx just had a description updated to note that numGlyphs can come
from the new MAXP table.

I was actioned to ask this list, should we deprecate hdmx, LTSH, vdmx,
or update them?

And what about JSTF? Deprecate, or update, or both?
