[MPEG-OTSPEC] two new documents - Corrections, and DMAP

The Updates document responds to all the public feedback we've seen so
far on the Beyond 64K proposals. It corrects a minor typo (thank you),
updates the source of numGlyphs in LTSH and hdmx, and adds some more
320bit offsets.

The DMAP proposal was originally from Peter Constable and others; this
document contains a slightly simplified version, but it probably does
need more work around Format 14 - especial thanks to Peter here.

Both of these documents are short.

Please feel free to file github issues on these documents, and/or to
comment here.

Maybe these documents can be discussed at the Feb. 20th meeting; the
Corrections one should not take significant time.
