I'm not sure whether "DSUB" is a viable idea, but I am pretty sure that
it would need to be used pretty specifically, such that it would probably
make more sense to give it its own name, even if it just uses a subset of
the GSUB infrastructure.

It looks like the draft proposal from 2016 that was mentioned at the last
Ad Hoc meeting is appended to Peter's email to this list from December
22nd: https://lists.aau.at/pipermail/mpeg-otspec/2023-December/003177.html
That includes some table format restrictions and some guidance for UVS.
