Sorry for delay. We now have.

(1) Updates based on Public Feedback to Changes to the OFF Font Format
    As before, but with fvar and dmap removed

(2) Improving interoperability of OpenFontFormat files (fonts) in the
area of duplicated axis names
    This is the clarification regarding fvar

(3) Increasing file-size and bandwidth efficiency, and improving
internationalization support, of OpenFont files using delta tables
(DMAP)
