[MPEG-OTSPEC] Who's coming to the SC29 meeting in Sapporo in July?

Dear colleagues,

ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1 was changed recently.  The comment submission
period is now +8 weeks.  For more about this, see 2.5 of this document.
