[MPEG-OTSPEC] Who's coming to the SC29 meeting in Sapporo in July?

The minimum / default CD comment period is 8 weeks. It can be increased,
and the WG3 resolutions (see N1181) state:
"3.5.2 The WG 03 recommends issuing 3-month ballot of ISO/IEC CD 14496-22
5th edition."
