FYI, this topic has been brought up in the past in the Unicode email discussion list. After the idea was broadly panned, it continued to be raised, sometimes with slightly details. After repeated requests and broad consensus (in the ISO sense) for the topic to be dropped, the originator continued, and the list moderator eventually had to intervene.

I suggest that people stop responding on this topic.
