Thank you for replying.

I was not seeking to participate in the meeting. I was simply hoping to
send a document about my idea for a Many to many substitution and
localization feature to be added.

I do not have the necessary expertise in font technology to perform such
a role. I have made a few fonts, including some with glyphs for symbols
that I have designed in relation to my research in communication through
the language barrier in some particular circumstances using encoded
localizable sentences, but I am not an expert in font technology.

Oh! I did not know that. Though in fairness, there is nothing about that
on the

webpage. It looks like anyone can join and post.
I do not know what are the ISO rules.
Should my suggestion of a Many to many substitution and localization
feature not have been posted in this mailing list?

Is there a way that a future Working Group mandate could include a Many
to many substitution and localization feature please?
