'Unicode standard for joining-script shaping' does fairly accurately
describe the ArabicShaping.txt document — yes, characters not included
in that document may have Joining_Type property, but that document
specifically deals with joining-scripts —, but I still maintain that the
better thing would be to refer to the name of the document, rather than
trying to describe it.
