[MPEG-OTSPEC] Continue Fixing OT 1.x, or Start 2.0?

Hi all:

I think we should add a fundemental question to tomorrow's meeting: since implementing a lot of demanded features, including 32-bit GID, Rob's XVAR, and Position-dependent substitution may cause a full format break, even an API break, should we move fast to a new, ab-initio "2.0" format, or continue fixing 1.x?
