[MPEG-OTSPEC] Can't join the W3C community group

I am an employee of a member of the W3C (Amazon). Therefore I cannot 
join as such without the consent of my employer, and either I will not 
have that consent or I will be severely limited in my participation.

I would not mind joining in my personal name, but for that I have to 
"confirm that I have no significant employment relation with any 
organization", which I cannot do.
