[MPEG-OTSPEC] Can't join the W3C community group

In case it is interesting for anyone, I too found that when I logged in to
my W3C account for the first time in many years, and went to declare my
affiliation with Google as an employee, I had to associate my work email
with the w3c account, and then when I applied to join the CG, that
application is held pending approval from Chris Wilson, Standards manager
at Google.
