[MPEG-OTSPEC] Call for Consensus RE: proposal: COLR extension

Dear Behdad,

Let me have some further clarification. Discussing private business of
OpenType in this AHG is not appropriate. But any technical contribution
submitted  directly by OpenType or referring openly available technologies
of OpenType within the scope of this AHG is legitimate.
