The current newfeatvar_spec document has the negated conditions and
reorders the section on condition sets and conditions. This sort of
addition would need coordination between the two documents. I'm on PTO
Friday through Monday. How is this going to happen before the 17th?

This new proposal isn't about "negated conditions", it replaces negated
conditions with general boolean expressions. While it's modest to spec
it has implications. Would tools be exposing this? Should they expose it?

And what does "general agreement ... here on the mailing list" mean?
That no one objects? (Or, maybe that no one other than /me/ objects, because
my objections are procedural?) What if some people aren't reading their
email for a few days?

I'm talking about the Working Group meeting later in April. There is a
proposal we discussed last Tuesday. You want to change it substantially
after it was tentatively approved.
