discussions between ISO and SC29?

I am not aware (and haven't been a party) of any additional discussions
held since the last SC29/WG03 meeting in July, where the DIS comments were
discussed and the text updated accordingly. The final edited version of the
DIS was sent to ISO EPM and SC29 Secretariat on July 28.
According to the ISO project portal, the DIS text was approved for
registration as FDIS on Aug. 7, and I am puzzled as to why the FDIS
approval ballot hasn't been issued yet - it was supposed to happen on or
before Sep. 7.

Regards,
Vladimir
